Adult Counselling Session Initial Session
$180 - 1.5 hours
Please note: Intake sessions for adults are typically longer than standard appointments to allow ample time for exploring personal history, current concerns, and therapeutic goals. The extended duration ensures a thorough and supportive start to the therapeutic process.
Child Counselling Session Initial Session
$180 - 1.5 hours
Please note: Initial intake information is typically gathered from the parent(s) during this session. In the follow-up session, the child is encouraged to share their thoughts, concerns, and goals independently, wherever possible.
Adult and Child Subsequent Sessions
$120 - 1 hour
Please note: A typical session with a child usually includes 50 minutes with the child, followed by 10 minutes with a parent or caregiver. However, this structure may vary depending on the child’s age and individual needs, and can be adjusted over time in consultation with the family.
Subsequent sessions for adult clients are one hour.
For any of the services provided, a free 15 minute telephone consultation is available so that you can feel comfortable knowing that this is the service for you.

APOD members are eligible for a discount on the provision of membership details.
An APOD discount of 10% is offered for Defence Personnel or their families on presentation of a white or gold card.
